Each is made out of 100% cotton and filled with organic Australian rice and measures approx 30 x 15cm
AllyBeeDesigns heat packs are made with a removable outer cover so that you can easily take the inside rice bag out and wash the cover when needed.
Our eye pillows can be used as a small relaxing weight for general relaxation, yoga relaxation exercises or just that after work relaxation!
You can also warm the eheat packup in the microwave for an added bit of luxury or alternatively keep in it a sealed bag in the freezer to help with relaxtion on a hot day or help ease a headache.
The great thing about our pillows are they will remain warm after heating without being too hot and also be a pleasant cool without being too cold from the freezer :-)
